LE LORRAIN ACADEMY has obtained Qualiopi certification. As a result, you could be able to claim some of the training costs. Qualiopi certification is a state guarantee of training organisation quality. The process of accreditation for Qualiopi certification is very rigorous which guarantees the quality of training courses covered by this scheme.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Target audience: after-sales service technicians in the metallurgy industry.
Requirements: this course requires prior knowledge of the metallurgy industry. An application file will be required.
Course duration and organisation: 1.5 days (11 hours) on-site at LE LORRAIN Nancy.
Objectives: this course aims to increase theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Know the equipment
- Be familiar with and apply safety rules
- Determine possible causes of breakdown
- Repair equipment
- Know how to start up equipment
SAFETY
Target audience: Safety personnel working in QHSE, HSE and CSE.
Requirements: this training requires prior experience in safety. An application file will be required.
Course duration and organisation: 1 day (7 hours) in-person, in-company.
Objectives: this course aims to increase theoretical and practical knowledge.

Objectives: this course aims to remind users of the rules and conditions for use of a welding torch in their company.

Organization of training courses

Practical organization
Training takes place in person.
A pre-training questionnaire will be sent to you and must completed and returned to the trainers by email no less than 24 hours before the start of training.
Learning support materials will be distributed on the first day of the course.

Training methods
Training is in-person with whole-group and small-group time.
Experiential teaching (learning by doing) will alternate theoretical aspects, integration of learning activities, role play, debriefing in group and reactivation of knowledge to favorize effective learning.

Support and evaluation
Before the course we will ask you to complete a questionnaire to determine your level. This will allow us to correctly define your needs and outcomes.
At the end of the course, a test will evaluate acquisition of knowledge and skills.

With 30 years of experience in welding, notably electric welding, and as many years’ experience as a technician, a technical manager and in training, the aim of Herve LE BILHAN is to share his knowledge with you in a dynamic way.

For each training course we have:

- evaluation of acquired knowledge
- feedback questionnaire during/immediately after training
- post training feedback
- questionnaire for manager feedback
- questionnaire for trainer feedback
- questionnaire for funder feedback
Based on the information received from feedback, we will improve and adapt our training in terms of improved implementation and meeting expectations.
In case of complaints or problems, we will study your case and reply by email or by telephone within 72 working hours from receipt, unless it is urgent.
