AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Target audience: after-sales service technicians in the metallurgy industry.

Requirements: this course requires prior knowledge of the metallurgy industry. An application file will be required.

Course duration and organisation: 1.5 days (11 hours) on-site at LE LORRAIN Nancy.

Objectives: this course aims to increase theoretical and practical knowledge.

  • Know the equipment
  • Be familiar with and apply safety rules
  • Determine possible causes of breakdown
  • Repair equipment
  • Know how to start up equipment

SAFETY

Target audience: Safety personnel working in QHSE, HSE and CSE.

Requirements: this training requires prior experience in safety. An application file will be required.

Course duration and organisation: 1 day (7 hours) in-person, in-company.

Objectives: this course aims to increase theoretical and practical knowledge.

FLAME ESSENTIALS IN MY COMPANY

Target audience: metallurgy industry employees.

Requirements: this course requires prior knowledge of the metallurgy industry. An application file will be required..

Course duration and organisation: 2h.

Objectives: this course aims to remind users of the rules and conditions for use of a welding torch in their company.

  • Know the equipment used in the company
  • Be familiar with and apply safety rules
  • Use of flame equipment in the company

Practical organization

Training takes place in person.

A pre-training questionnaire will be sent to you and must completed and returned to the trainers by email no less than 24 hours before the start of training.

Learning support materials will be distributed on the first day of the course.

Training methods

Training is in-person with whole-group and small-group time.

Experiential teaching (learning by doing) will alternate theoretical aspects, integration of learning activities, role play, debriefing in group and reactivation of knowledge to favorize effective learning.

Support and evaluation

Before the course we will ask you to complete a questionnaire to determine your level. This will allow us to correctly define your needs and outcomes.

At the end of the course, a test will evaluate acquisition of knowledge and skills.

With 30 years of experience in welding, notably electric welding, and as many years’ experience as a technician, a technical manager and in training, the aim of Herve LE BILHAN is to share his knowledge with you in a dynamic way.
